Commanding Officer:

The mission of Army Aviation Command is to find, fix, and destroy the enemy through fire and maneuver; and to provide combat, combat service and combat service support in coordinated operations as an integral member of the USVAF Team. The Army Aviation Command or AAC, utilizes the rotary assets of the United States Army, to include the UH-60 Blackhawk, CH-47 Chinook, OH-58 Kiowa, AH-64 Apache. Army Aviation Command\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s Primary flight operations are land based. The AAC Support \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s flights with all USVAF Commands. Rotary Qualification\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s are a plus for all members in the AAC.. Participation by any Command is always endorsed by HQ.
